Everyone’s story is unique, and so is the path to healing.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and start making sense of what’s been hard to carry. I aim to create a supportive space where you can feel heard and understood, and where change can happen at a pace that feels right for you.

Below, you’ll find more about the different ways we can work together.

  • Individual Therapy

FOR ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS SEEKING PERSONAL SUPPORT

Individual therapy can help you navigate challenges and process difficult experiences. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and work toward greater balance and a stronger sense of confidence and well-being.

  • Couples Therapy

    STRENGTHEN COMMUNICATION AND CONNECTION

Relationships can be deeply rewarding but also complex. I help couples rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and develop healthier ways to connect.

  • Family Therapy

SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES NAVIGATING TRANSITIONS AND CHALLENGES

Family therapy helps improve communication, resolve conflict, and foster connection across generations. This work supports healthier family dynamics during times of stress, change, or misunderstanding.

  • Assessment

GAIN INSIGHT INTO PATTERNS AFFECTING DAILY LIFE AND RELATIONSHIPS

Psychological assessment identifies patterns in emotion, behavior, and thinking, providing valuable insights that guide therapy.

  • Consultation

FOR ORGANIZATIONS OR THERAPISTS SEEKING GUIDANCE

I provide consultation to organizations and fellow therapists on trauma-informed practices, case consultation, or program support.

  • Supervision

SUPPORTING EARLY-CAREER THERAPISTS AND INTERN PSYCHOLOGISTS

I offer supervision for intern psychologists and new therapists to build competence and confidence in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice.

My Approach

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach that considers the whole person: mind, body, culture, and relationships. I tailor each session to your needs, creating a supportive space to explore experiences, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.

I draw from a range of therapeutic methods to support recovery and growth.

  • DBR is a gentle, somatic approach that helps the nervous system release the physical and emotional tension associated with trauma. It supports the brain and body in finding safety and balance, allowing unresolved experiences to be integrated and processed more effectively.

  • EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps people process and resolve the emotional impact of traumatic experiences. By using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation, it can help the brain reprocess distressing memories, reducing their emotional charge and allowing for healthier responses.

  • Mindfulness practices help bring attention to the present moment, increasing awareness of thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. This can reduce stress, enhance emotional regulation, and support a greater sense of calm and clarity.
